Repr\u00e9sentant un <a href=\"\/index.php\/tag\/investissement\">investissement<\/a> de 55 millions, il abrite 23 commerces, m\u00ealant la restauration (37%), l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement de la personne (32%), l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement de la maison (20%) et les services.<\/p>\n<p>Premier op\u00e9rateur commercial du canton et pr\u00eat \u00e0 de nouveaux investissements, le groupe Jelmoli attend \u00ab\u00a0plus d&rsquo;\u00e9coute de l&rsquo;Etat\u00a0\u00bb pour certains projets\u00a0\u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 mardi Alain Rolland en charge de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 immobilier. En cinq ans, 500 millions de francs ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 des projets immobiliers \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n<p>Jelmoli voudrait notamment adjoindre un cin\u00e9ma multiplex au centre commercial de la Praille (GE). Accueillant 3,8 millions de visiteurs par an, cet espace est en plein essor. Son <a href=\"\/index.php\/tag\/chiffre%20d%27affaires\">chiffre d&rsquo;affaires<\/a> atteint 195 millions (contre 118 millions il y a cinq ans).<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe exploite \u00e9galement un ensemble commercial \u00e0 la Place du Molard au centre ville, qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re, au total, un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires de l&rsquo;ordre de 200 millions. \u00ab\u00a0Son ouverture a permis de faire venir le groupe Inditex &#8211; propri\u00e9taire notamment de l&rsquo;enseigne Zara &#8211; en Suisse\u00a0\u00bb, a rappel\u00e9 Alain Rolland.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, Jelmoli a ouvert en 1994 le centre commercial et administratif de Carouge (GE).
